Colleen is an independent writer and digital consultant with 20 years of communications experience, primarily in the fields of health insurance, health care marketing and e-commerce. Throughout her career, she has developed strategies for website content generated SEO-rich articles, written compelling press releases, and worked with technology teams to build direct-to-consumer products.

Colleen began her professional work life at an educational non-profit, then spent several years at a marketing agency. Since then she has served as Vice President of Communications for HealthCare.com, a health care internet start-up, and Vice President of Marketing and Digital Services for IHC Specialty Benefits, which is a member of The IHC Group, a publicly traded insurance organization.

Colleen’s specialty is serving as an entire marketing department for health insurance and health care startups who need help getting their website or marketing campaigns live.
